The office move is complete and most basic systems are up and running again. There will obviously be a transition period where we juggle with updating systems in two different locations 6 miles apart but i know we will get there eventually.

Next week is half term so as usual HF will be running at half speed with all 4 HF kiddies at home and causing their usual unique brand of chaos.
We are taking this opportunity to have a full stock take as our usual stock checks have fallen by the wayside since Kate went sick in January.
We are currently up to date with all orders and the only ones sitting here are those that have cleared since yesterday morning which are due to ship on tuesday ( bank holiday monday next week so no post office open).
Any orders that come in from tuesday morning will not be shipped until the children go back to school the following monday. This should give us chance to sort out the stock take and spring clean the chaos that is the office/workshop!
Thanks lots for your patience whilst we continue to play 'catch up' and thanks very much to the loyal temp who has been helping us out these past few weeks and without his work we would still be running weeks behind!

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO PLEASE READ
We are still running about a week behind with shipping orders. Any orders placed between now and the 10th May will probably not ship until the 11th May, sorry for any inconveniences caused. Our permanent staff is still off sick, however temporary staff cover is now regular but subject to costs we can only afford to employ for a certain amount of hours per week.
Customers overseas are still experiencing delays with their parcels. This has been primarily caused by the Icelandic Volcano, the ash from which suspended all airmail sercices for a week mid April. This has caused a backlog in the depots although Royal Mail did try to still send overseas orders albeit by sea. Royal Mail WILL NOT acknowledge that they have lost any orders ( even if they obviously have) until it has been 28 days from posting. They also dont want you to know that a lot of UK mail has been affected and to all intents and purposes vanished into some huge hole somewhere. We do obtain proof of posting for the majority of our orders. So far about 20% of all orders posted during the mid two weeks of April have simply 'vanished'. If you have not received an order please can you contact us using the email sallyAThasslefreeminiaturesDOTcoDOTuk.
We seem to be experiencing some issues with our website email links. If you have emailed us but not got a reply can we please request that you forward it to the above email address and it will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Looks like the news Gremlins have been at work again .... my news items keep disappearing!!
Okees. Royal Mail says although there is still a backlog of orders overseas that they have almost cleared them but to still expect delays. a lot of US mail has gone by ship so please allow extra time for your delivery of goodies to arrive. Europe mail has gone by road.
We have returned from Salute (obviously!) and had a great time. A huge thanks to all who helped us out and through our staffing crisis. It will be realistically early next week before we catch up with all the backlogs so thanks lots for your patience. If you are concerned about your order then please email us. As it is only Sally in the office an hour or so each day until we sort out a new temp please be patient when waiting for a reply...her ME is quite bad at the moment and Salute has really knocked the wind out of her sails (although she wont admit it!)
